Our German headquarters is in Berlin, where we have been expanding quickly, as international clients seek us out. Accordingly, we are looking for our German go to digital communications man or woman to support, grow and co- manage our expanding team and client base.

We are looking for a self-motivated smart individual to join our team. You must have at least 5-8 years’ experience in digital communication with a focus on social media, community management, influencer marketing or similar topics. Basics in all other disciplines are welcome but what you don´t know, we can teach, as long as you are open to continued learning and progress – because it´s on us to stay ahead of the curb. You are well acquainted with all networks, their modus operandi, their target groups and what matters when communicating on behalf of a client. As an expert, you can design strategy and implement campaigns – and are at ease with both – especially as at time all hands are needed on deck. You are willing and able to start leading the digital unit as we grow and expand.

You´re a hard worker, take responsibility for your work and your team and your own progress. You´re serious about doing great work but fun to be around - don´t apply if you don´t have a sense of humor. You understand that it´s all about team work and you lead with integrity.

Also, you must speak German and be acquainted with German culture and media. This is non-negotiable.


  • Strategy and pitch design: development of multi channel strategy concepts and social media plans including objectives, actions plan, methodology, budget

  • Manage the day-to-day running of multiple client accounts and budgets

  • Develop close client relationships and play a key role in client meetings

  • Campaign design and deployment: contest operations, influencer marketing activities, creative operations

  • Close exchange with Business Unit leaders across the JIN group and the German General Manager

  • E-reputation management: digital brand monitoring, audit, analysis, and crisis management

  • Social media management: content design, copywriting and proofreading, community management, social media platforms set-up and management including Standard Operating Procedures, brand tonality guidelines etc.

  • Content creation: articles, blog article, op-ed, RTM content

  • Analysis and reporting: KPIs definition, monitoring and reporting

  • Support in new business development

  • Monitor and support junior staff



  • Ideally university degree in communications, marketing or similar

  • 5-8 years of experience on agency and or company side

  • Genuine, nice, committed and fun

  • Passion for all things digital

  • Previous client facing experience and account management skills

  • Strong communicator with excellent writing and verbal skills

  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines, strong organisational skills

  • Looking to work in a fast-growing company with a start-up spirit


  • Contract type: Permanent – Full-time

  • Location: Berlin, but must be willing to travel in reasonable amounts

  • Start date: ASAP

  • Languages: Native German, Fluent English
